Intro
Something we care a lot about is understanding the language that the market uses to talk about the problem. With that in mind, we periodically like to run this exercise to more deeply understand how people think about and talk about the problem, as well as to explore the degree to which messaging we’re experimenting with resonates or doesn’t resonate. This is designed to be no more than 15-20 minutes, and what we’re really interested in is not deep thoughtfulness, but instead gut reaction to both the questions we ask and the copy we share. With that in mind, I’ll ask a few questions, and please jump in with gut instinct / gut reactions.
